The Board of Trustees comprises 12 Co-optative Trustees and 3 Nominative Trustees. The present Chairman is Mr M Craughan and the Deputy Chairman is Mr J S Broughton JP.
The Board of Trustees meets quarterly to discuss overall running of the charities.
The Alderman Ferries Committee meets annually in December to agree educational grant awards.
