Welcome to the Hull Phoenix -National Council for Divorced, Separated and Widowed people.
The NCDS is a voluntary, self help organisation aimed at providing its members with the opportunity to get out and meet new friends and take part in social activities. There are branches throughout the country grouped into regional areas.
It is a non-profit making organisation and exists to further the aims of divorced, separated and widowed people.
Our branch was founded in January 1993 and is one of the larger branches, we have approximately 150 fully paid up members.
We meet each Wednesday at the Merchant Navy Club from 8pm onwards where we hold a disco every 4 weeks. Every other Wednesday is an opportunity for a quiz night and social conversation.
Current membership is £3.50 per year and we have a small weekly entrance fee of £1.00 ( the latter helps us to heavily subsidise trips out.)

We are a well established Social club, for people whio are either divorced, separated or Widowed.
All present members found a new hope in their lives.
We organise dances, quizzes, group outings, walks, holidays, darts and visit other NCDS Branches.
So come along and begin a new social life for yourself.
