Choir Musical Director Since 1983, Julian Savory has been the Musical Director of Hull Male Voice Choir. A much respected, gifted and dedicated musician, Julian is much involved in local musical circles, being a very accomplished pianist, organist and singer. Having been Organist/Choir Master at St Alban's Church, Hall Road, Hull, since 1991, Julian took up a new appointment in this capacity in December 2003 at St Mary's Church, Cottingham. The Hull Male Voice Choir values very much Julian Savory as its Musical Director; congratulates him upon achieving such a long period of service with the Choir: and greatly hopes that the Choir will have the benefit of his leadership for many years yet to come, since it is a joy and a pleasure to work under his baton. His favourite catch-phrase at rehearsal? "There just one thing ..... !!"
