PROBE Limited is a Local Economic Initiative, first registered as a limited company in July 1997 and is non-profit making. The main aim of PROBE is to improve the economic vitality of an area of East Hull by working within the community to provide jobs and training opportunities.
In 1998 New Deal for 18-24 year olds was introduced and the Environment Task Force option became an opportunity for PROBE to link their aim of providing training and job opportunities, with wider benefits for the community as a whole throught the PRISE project which linked into the Crime and Disorder Stratety for Hull.
