Kingmaker
Made a massive impact when the first appeared locally in 1990 and were attracting massive record company interest. They signed to Chrysalis and spent much of 1991 on tour or within the NME. After three ep's they released the album 'Eat Yourself Whole' and they made the national top 20 for the first time with 'Really Scrape The Sky' in January 1992. In 1993 they returned to the charts again with 'Ten Years Asleep' & 'Queen Jane'. The album 'Sleepwalking' also made the top 20 but they split after their third album.
